AHPRA Registration Certificate (as applicable)
Evidence of initial qualification
Evidence of membership of professional association
Evidence of CPD (as applicable)

All team members require a current:

First Aid and CPR Certificate
Working With Children Check (Blue Card)(+/-)
Disability Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card)
National Police Check
Drivers Licence (or ability to get to and from place of work)
